Edgar Saulnier, 94, of Foyer Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully at the Foyer Saint-Antoine, Saint-Antoine on Tuesday July 12, 2022. He was married to Germaine (Mallet) Saulnier. Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Alfred and the late Bibienne (Dallaire) Saulnier.
He will be sadly missed by his wife; Germaine Saulnier of Bouctouche, his three children; Angèla Saulnier of Bouctouche, Claude Godin of Saint-Antoine, Rhéal Arsenault of Montréal and his granddaughter; Kirsten. He also leaves to mourn his two sisters; Alice Babineau and Marie Babineau of Notre-Dame, his brother; Alfred (Angèla) of Saint-Antoine as well several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one sister; Alvina and four brothers; Eddy, Alyre, Emile and Gerard.
Visitations will be held at Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine, on Thursday July 21, 2022 from 2 to 3:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Antoine Church on Thursday July 21, 2022 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
