Edmée Hebert, 80, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Moncton City Hospital, on Monday January 20th, 2014. She was married to Romeo Hebert. Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and the late Delphine (Bourgeois) Pellerin.
Edmée managed the family owned business for a number of years.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Romeo, her seven children; Annise Hollies (Dick) of Long Point, NB, Murielle Cormier (Brian Clark), Donald Pellerin (Marie-Paule), Guy (Janice), all of Bouctouche, Charles (Denise) of Saint-Paul ,Claude (Léona) of Saint-Antoine and Michel (Diane) of Memramcook, her eleven grandchildren; Denis (Carrie), Yves, Jean, Susan, Charles Jr, Benoit, Nicholas (Melissa), Martin, Monica, Francois and Eric. She also leaves to mourn four sisters; Rita Babineau (late Edgar) of Cocagne, Aline Cincotta (late Roland), Marie Hancook (Joe), both of Waltham and Suzanne Moyer (late Bill) of Baltimore, her brother, Laurie Pellerin of Westbrook ME, a daughter -in-law Diane , a son-in-law Ted and several nieces and nephews.
Edmée was predeceased by two sisters; Géralda and Amanda and a daughter-in-law, Michelle.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, in Bouctouche, on Wednesday January 22, 2014 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9pm and on Thursday from 2 to 4 and from 5:30 to 6:45pm. Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste RC Church in Bouctouche on Thursday January 23, 2014 at 7:00pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Edmée’s memory a donation can be made to the Parkinson Society.
