Shediac, NB – Éliza Bastarache, 88, passed away at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton on Friday, December 20, 2019.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and the late Emma Bastarache (born Bourgeois).
Éliza will be sadly missed by her sister, Anna Boucher (late Désiré) of Moncton; her best friends, Marion and Muriel; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Celestin (Marguerite), François (Stella) and Émile who passed away at a younger age; three sisters, Rita Bourgeois (Clarence), Lina (Edgar) and Marie (Francis).
Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 10 am until time of funeral service at Passage Chapel at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the CHU Dumont Foundation (Palliative Care) or to a charity of your choice.
