Emerise Mazerolle, age 55, of Saint-Antoine, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday January 17th, 2008 at the Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born in Saint-Antoine on October 9th, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Arcquilla and the late Irène (Née Cormier) LeBlanc.
Emerise is survived by one daughter; Lyne Mazerolle of Moncton, her former husband Rosimond Mazerolle of Moncton, one sister; Irma Robichaud (Ernest) of Saint-Antoine, seven brothers; Phillipe of Orange, Mass, Guy (Jeannette) of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Alfred (Florida) of Saint-Edouard de Kent, Zoel (Gisèle), Roger (Cathy), Gerard all of Saint-Antoine, Léo-Paul (Dolores) of Cocagne, several nephews, nieces and cousins. She is also survived by two special friends who were always there for her, Denise and Joanne.
She was predeceased by one sister, Maria and one brother, Euclide.
Visitation will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church slumber room, Saint-Antoine on Sunday January 20th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday January 21st, from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Church, Saint-Antoine on Monday January 21st at 11:00am. Interment will be the parish cemetery in the spring.
