Emile LeBlanc, 77, of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Joe and the late Rena (née: Melanson) LeBlanc.
Prior to retirement, Emile had worked for the City of Dieppe. He was a member of Sainte-Thérèse Parish.
He is survived by his wife, Therese LeBlanc; one daughter, Janice LeBlanc (Robert Bédard) of Montreal; two sons: Marc (Danica) of Dieppe and Michel of Saint-Antoine; two brothers: Eric (Sandy) of Dieppe and Victor of Bass River; his best friends: Benji the dog and Snow the bird; as well as several nieces and nephews.
At his request, no visitation.
A Celebration of the Word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901) on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 at 10:30 am.
Interment in Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe.

Au centre hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont, le mardi 18 décembre 2018, à l’âge de 77 ans, est décédé Emile LeBlanc. Il demeurait à Saint-Antoine-de-Kent et autrefois de Dieppe au Nouveau Brunswick.
Né à Moncton, N.-B., il était le fils de feu Joe et de feu Rena (née Melanson) LeBlanc.
Avant sa retraite, Emile était employé de la Ville de Dieppe. Il était membre de la paroisse Saint-Thérèse.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Therese LeBlanc; une fille, Janice LeBlanc (Robert Bédard) de Montréal; deux fils: Marc (Danica) de Dieppe et Michel de Saint-Antoine; deux frères: Eric (Sandy) de Dieppe et Victor de Bass River; ses meilleurs amis: Benji le chien et Snow l’oiseau; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
À sa demande, aucune visite.
Une Célébration de la Parole aura lieu en la chapelle de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe (857-1901) le samedi 22 décembre 2018 à 10h30.
L’inhumation se fera au Colombaire de la maison funéraire Chartersville, Dieppe.
Un don à la Fondation CHU Dumont «Oncologie» serait apprécié par la famille.
