Dieppe, NB– It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Erik Brun of Dieppe, formerly of Shediac. Erik passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at the age of 24. Erik will be forever remembered by his loving father, Guy Brun (Tina Smith) of Moncton, his mother, Lily Brun of Shediac, and sister, Cindy Brun of Dieppe.
Erik was a graduate of Louis J. Robichaud high school class of 2010. He was an adventurous young man who loved outdoor activities, nature, and swimming. He also had a passion for cycling, in particular, unicycling in the Shediac area. Erik was a sensitive young man with a big heart who always had a helping hand for others.
Erik will be deeply missed by the Brun family including his uncles, Paul (Doris), Georges and Louis (Denise) and his grandmother, Alice Brun. He will also be lovingly missed by the Allain family including his aunt, Darleen (Pierre), his uncles Gary and Bruce; his grandparents Albert and Vicky.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 4:00pm until time of a Celebration of Life at 7:00pm at Passage Funeral Chapel.
Donations to the the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Greater Moncton SPCA or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
