Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, godmother, sister, and aunt.
Estelle (Doiron) Richard, 85, of Pelham, New Hampshire, and formerly of Salem, NH, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday February 27, 2023 surrounded by loving family.
Born in Acadieville, New Brunswick, Canada, November 29, 1937, the daughter of the late Bartholomew “Bertie” and the late Helene (Richard) Doiron.
Prior to her retirement Estelle worked for many years in Environmental Services at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts and owned a private residential cleaning company.
Among her many interests, the most important things in her life were her Catholic Faith, Family and Friends. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary and always made you feel special. She loved nature, especially her back yard bunny rabbits and deer. She loved traveling, entertaining, dancing, sports and playing dominoes. She loved being by any body of water and sitting under the moon light and looking at the constellation by the fireside.
Estelle is survived by two daughters: Helene M. Garand and her husband Norman of Hampstead, NH, Karen A. Doiron and her significant other Michael R. Andre of Pelham, NH; three grandchildren Sean M. Garand of Haverhill, MA, Scott P. Garand of Salem, NH, and Selene M. Morang, her husband Nicholas and her great-grandchild Noah David of Claremont, NH; three siblings Eloi Doiron (Delores) of Richibucto NB Canada, Simonne Babin (Late Antoine) of Moncton NB Canada and Jean-Louis Doiron (Sylvie) of Moncton NB Canada; her in-laws Anna Doiron and Elmina Doiron of Dieppe NB Canada and by many nieces and nephews.
Estelle, was predeceased by her loving siblings, Baby Augustin, Baby Eloi, Baby Madeleine, Alibe Doiron (Therese), Loretta (Arthur Pineau), Madeleine (Cleophas Fournier), Eugene Doiron, and Livain Doiron.
You may have passed on, but your memories will always live on within us forever. Thank You for your sacrifices, your kindness, your love and everything that you have done for our family. Heaven has gained an Angel and one more glimmering star in the night skies.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Funeral Service to be celebrated on Saturday morning, March 18, 2023, at Passage-Chartersville, 363 Amirault, Dieppe, NB (506) 857.1901 at 11:30 A.M. Succeeding the service relatives and friends are welcomed to pay their respect to Estelle and condolences to the family.
