Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Philibert and the late Aline Dallaire (nee Cormier).

Florida is survived by her daughter, Rachel Mazerolle (Ronald Gallant) of Cocagne; by her son, Claude (Lisa) of McKees Mills; by her two brothers; Hervé (Barbara) of Bouctouche and Roger (Maria) of Cocagne; by her sister-in-law, Finn Dallaire of Cap-Pele; by her four grandchildren, Cassandra (Rémi), Jean-Yves (Sheena), Luc (Isabelle) and Monica; by her two great grandsons, Dominic and Alec; also by several nieces, and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Léonard (2017), by a son, Daniel and by her two brothers, Normand and Réginald.

Visitations will be at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne Slumber Room, Cocagne, on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 2:00pm till the time of service. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church in Cocagne at 4:00pm.
