It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Florine LeBlanc, 93, on Monday, July 27th, 2026, at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent.

Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Amédée and the late Marie Babineau (LeBlanc).

Florine will be sadly missed by her children: Louise Mazerolle of Moncton, Dorice  (Paul-Emile) Jaillet of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, Clarence (Jeanita) LeBlanc and Maurice LeBlanc both of Saint-Louis-de-Kent; her grandchildren: Christine, Lisa, Jason, and Cindy; several great grandchildren; her sisters: Dora Hébert (late Adrien) and Lorraine Babineau (late Olando) both of Shediac; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Ulysse LeBlanc; her infant son, Maurice; her grandson, Benny; and her sisters: Anna Poirier (late Guy), Alma Boucher (late Laurie), and Florence Jaillet (late Tilmon).

A special thank you to the dedicated staff of Stella Maris Hospital for their exceptional care, compassion, and support. She was deeply grateful for the kindness she received and was fortunate to make many dear friends there who brightened her days.

Visitations will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge) on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, from 9:30am until 11:15am. A funeral service will take place in the chapel at 11:30am.

Donations in memory of Florine can be made for activities at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital.
