Florine Niles

Florine Niles, 81, of Moncton and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Monday, March 6th, 2006 at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edouard and the late Marguerite (née: Bastarache) Williams.

Mrs. Niles was a volunteer at the Golden Age Club and a parishioner of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, R.C.C.. She enjoyed her music and will be especially missed by her many friends at Villa Heritage and Sunday Night Music.

She is survived by three daughters: Barbara (late Maurice) Cormier of Fort Worth, Texas, Phyllis (Gerard) Leger and Bernice (Mike) Bourgeois, both of Moncton; four sons: Terry (Mary Ann) of Spokane, Wash., Emery of Scarborough, ON, Valerie Of Winnipeg, MB and Danny (Marie) of Toronto, ON; two sisters: Jeanitta (Ulysse) Belliveau, of Florida and Imelda (late Camille) Leger of Lunenburg, Mass; five brothers: Robert (Dorothy)Williams and Camille (Clara)Williams, both of Moncton, Paul (Louise) Williams of Cocagne, Ulysse (Bernice) Williams of Lunenburg, Mass, and Armand (Lillian) Williams of Shrewsbury, Mass.; two sisters-in-law: Velida of Moncton and Tina of New Hampshire; seven grandchildren: Bonnie, Kim, T.J., Christine, Melissa, Christien and Janelle; three great grandsons: Dylan, Drake and Hunter as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Edwin in 1992, one sister, Dorilla and also by two brothers: Laurie and Gerard.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, on Friday, March 10th, 2006 at 11 am. Interment in Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Parish Cemetry, Cap Pelé, NB

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

The family would like to thank Dr Greg Donald and Dr Ross Murphy and also specials thanks to the staff on 5600, 5200 and palliative care units, where she was attended with much love and compassion.
