  1. My sympathies to Rick and Fred’s entire family. I have fond memories of Fred from Corrections Canada at Dorchester Pen and at the Regional Office in Moncton. He mentored me and I benefited greatly for his help. Rest in Peace Fred, you’ve earned you rest.

  2. Heaven has gained another ANGEL, Uncle Fred. I have fond memories of what a kind soul he was especially with my mom, Louise. My condolences to all my cousins and their children.
