George Cormier
1956 ~ 2018

Scoudouc, NB – George Cormier, 61, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital, Moncton, NB, on Thursday, January 18th, 2018, after a sudden illness.

Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Ulysse and the late Marguerite “Babe” Cormier (nee Arsenault). The world lost a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, co-worker heating service man. His passion in life aside from his family was his job and being able to touch people’s lives with his compassion and last but not least his humour. We will all miss you and we love you infinity and beyond… Rest in Peace.

George will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Linda Cormier of Scoudouc; by his daughter, Lisa Cormier Dupèré (Gerald) of Moncton; by his son, Ulysse (Melissa) of Scoudouc; by his brother, Paul (Joy) of Lewisville; by his sister, Patricia Cormier (Terry) of Moncton; his grandson, Shanon of Scoudouc; also by several friends, co-workers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Terrance and Wayne "Punchy".

Visitation will be held at the Moncton Wesleyan Church, 945 St. George Blvd, Moncton, on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm and from 6:00pm – 9:00pm and on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 from 12:00pm till the time of service. Funeral service will be held from the Moncton Wesleyan Church, 945 St. George Blvd, Moncton, on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 at 2:00pm.

Donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or to donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
