In Loving Memory Of
Georgette Viola (Vienneau) Doiron
March 24, 1928 - January 29, 2022

Moncton – It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother at The Moncton Hospital.

Mom was born in Petit Rocher, NB to Elmire (Boudreau) and Arthur Vienneau. At an early age her mom passed away and she was brought up by her stepmother Beatrice Vienneau.

She is survived my daughters Viola (Bob) Lymburner, Vancouver BC; Marina (Pierre) Leichner Vancouver BC; Bonnie Duguay, Moncton who was her best friend and advocate; Sons Michael (Terri) of Dartmouth NS and Douglas of Halifax NS; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family; pre-deceased by her husband of 50+ years, Gerald Joseph Doiron; her brother Lionel; sisters Yolande, Fernande and Betty.

She enjoyed camping with dad in their motorhome, playing cards, bingo, and making her puzzles. Having her family and friends for meals, especially Lobster delighted her very much.   She will be fondly missed by her friends at Murphy St and the Moncton Residence as well as her extended family.

We would like to Thank Dr John Park for his many years of dedicated and compassionate care of mom, the nurses and staff at 3600 Moncton Hospital, France her extra mural nurse and the staff at The Moncton Residence John St for their care over the last 3 years that she resided at the Residence.

There will be no viewing and a private graveside service with a celebration of life will be held at a later date when family are able to travel home.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

The family invites you to sign an online book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca

Arrangements are under the professional care of Passage – Chartersville Funeral Cooperative and Cremation Center, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (506-857-1901).

“Though her smile is gone and her hand I cannot touch I still have so many memories of the one I loved so much. Sadly missed but never forgotten” Rest In Peace Mom
