It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Georgianna Jaillet, 86, on Sunday, July 14th, 2024, at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, NB.
Born on August 12th, 1937, in Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Odilon and the late Joseline LeBlanc (Cormier).
She is survived by her daughter, June Jaillet (Fred Whitworth) of Hamilton, ON; her son, Larry (Trish) Jaillet of Keswick, ON; her two grandchildren: Justin and Amber; her very special nephews; as well as several cousins.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, René (2010); her sister, Evelyn; as well as her four brothers: Oscar, George, Marcel, and Maxime.
Visitations will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB) on Monday, July 22nd, 2024, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00pm.
Donations in memory of Georgianna can be made to the Moncton SPCA (PAWS) or to any other animal shelters.

Fred & I are devastated to hear of Georgie’s passing. She had such a positive influence on our lives. We will always remember her twinkling eyes and positive attitude throughout the many difficulties that she experienced in her life. She adored her family (Larry & June) and always spoke of them so favourably. She has left a big hole in our lives but we will always cherish the wonderful memories. She is now reunited with Rene whom she adored. Rest in peace sweet lady & know that your legacy will live on forever.
To Larry and June families, our deepest condolences, our tough and priors are with you all. We are sorry that we cannot be with you in this sad moment of life, we are away from home for a period of time.

Georgianna, she was our neighbor for about 25 years. She was a kind, caring & loving person. Her beautiful blue eyes and her warmth was like no other.

June and Larry my heartfelt condolences. Your mom was a very special person to me . A great friend to my grandmother Jean West . Many fond memories of times in New Brunswick, summer afternoons in the backyard of 162 May Ave. Georgia and I kept in touch annually with our Christmas card where we shared happenings in our lives and memories!
Her love for family and friends was very special. May she rest in peace.
