  4. To my cousins. I’ m so happy to have been able to spend some time with Gerald in September. It was nice to hear\sharing the memories about his siblings and family. Those memories will be cherished in our hearts.
Though sorrow comes to every heart that dares to let love in, it’s that same love that carries us until we meet again.
    Rest in peace.

  5. What can we say about Gerald whose passing was not unexpected, yet too sudden. He was an up front, no nonsense, straight talking kind of guy, who together with Leontine, built a secure and welcoming home. I treasure the wonderful memories of time spent in his company talking politics and enjoying good food like moose meat and bay oysters. Not forgetting the fruits and vegetables from his garden. I believe there is always to be found in anyone who exhibits such an upfront way of living and relating a very special blessing. On their passing they leave a very beautiful, equally talented family to mourn them. Dear extended Bourque family you are the wonderful testament and legacy to Gerald’s life. Stay strong! Our deepest condolences. May you find comfort and joy in your shared memories. Your Bermuda family.

  6. So sorry for your loss, thoughts and prayers to the family xo

  8. Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. Uncle Gérald was a great man who was very kind and had a great sense of humour. Always enjoyed seeing him at my parents place and at his home. Really going to miss him. Thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

  9. Chère Noëlla,
Nos sincères sympathies envers la perte de ton père. Nos prières et nos pensées sont avec toi et ta famille durant cette période difficile.

  10. I’m so sorry for the loss of your Dad, my dear friend Noella. I know you had a strong bond. I always enjoyed when we got to see him and your Mom when we visited. From the sounds of all the building projects you got your work ethic from him (and maybe his sense of humour too?). Wishing you strength and peace. xoxo
