Gerald Cormier, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday December 2nd, 2008 at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in St.-Joseph de Memramcook, NB, he was the son of the late Mathias and the late Marie Geneviève (née: Allain) Cormier.

Mr. Cormier was a dedicated family man, he was devoted to the residents of Daniel House Special Care Home, which he co-owned.

He is survived by his wife, Ann (née: Greenough); one son, Daniel of Hamilton, ON; two sisters: Dorice Boyle of Amherst, NS and Claudia (Laurie) Bourgeois of Dieppe; 2 grandchildren: Matthew and Nicole as well as several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his companions and best buddies, his two dogs: Phoenix and Maya

By request, no visitation or funeral.

Interment in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.

In his memory, donations to the “Oncology Unit” of the Moncton Hospital or the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated.

À l’Hôpital de Moncton, le mardi 2 décembre, 2008, est décédé Gerald Cormier, domicilié à Dieppe, N.-B.

Né à St-Joseph de Memramcook, N.-B., il était fils de feu Mathias et de feu Marie Geneviève (née: Allain) Cormier.

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Ann (née: Greenough); un fils, Daniel de Hamilton, ON; deux soeurs: Dorice Boyle de Amherst, N.-E. et Claudia (Laurie) Bourgeois de Dieppe; 2 petits-enfants: Matthew et Nicole; plusieurs neveux et nièces ainsi que ses compagnons constants, ses deux chiens: Phoenix et Maya.

Aucune visite ou service funéraire.
