St-Antoine, NB – Germaine Maillet, 66, passed away suddenly at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clovis (1999) and Maria (Melanson) Caissie.
Germaine will be sadly missed by her husband, Camille; her three daughters, Gloria Martin of Moncton, Louise Goguen (Marc) of Memramcook and Denise Maillet (Yvon LeBlanc) of Ste-Anne; her three brothers, Camille (Roberte) of Dieppe, Gérard (Ruth) of Lower Coverdale and Ronald of Moncton; her three sisters, Andréa Doiron, Annette Caissie (late Harold Jay) and Noëlla Mazerolle all of Moncton; her five grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Tyler, Serena and Philip; her great grandson, Jayden; her aunt, Corinne LeBlanc; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her father, she was predeceased by two brothers, Léo-Paul (2004) and Gérald (2006).
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Monday, November 24, 2014 from 9 to 10 am. Funeral service will be held at the Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur RC Church in Notre-Dame on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
