Germaine Robichaud, 84, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Thursday March 9, 2017. She was married to the late Roger Robichaud (2011). Born in Saint-Siméon, QU, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Elméria (Lapointe) Tremblay.
She was the previous co-owner of the Hilltop Motel in Bouctouche.
She will sadly missed by her four children; Gisèle Léger (Raymond) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Raymond (Gisèle), Louis and Marc (Chanie) of Bouctouche, eight grandchildren; Michel, Yves, Andrew, Larissa, Céline, Brian, Monica and Chloé. She also leaves to mourn two sisters; Andréa and Paulette and two brothers; Aurélien and Charles-Auguste as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by three sisters; Solange, Lucille and Noëlla as well as seven brothers; Roger, Maurice, Raymond, Gilbert, Robert, Yvon and Majella.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday March 15, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated at Maillet Funeral Home on Wednesday March 15, at 8:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Germaine’s memory, donations may be made to the CHUDUMONT Foundation.
