Germaine Tremblay, 76, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday, April 25th 2010, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital, Moncton.

Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Antoine and the late Adele (née: Bastarache) LeBlanc.

 She is survived by two daughters: Germaine “Gee” of Ottawa, ON and Joanne Flanagan of Moncton; one son, Marcel (Rosa) of Havelock; one sister, Edith Pellerin of Trenton, ON; one  adopted daughter, Viola Gautreau of Rogersville and her two girls; two step-sons: Alan (Susan) Crocker of Brantford, ON and Dale (Marylou) Smith of Barrie, ON; three grandchildren: Penny, Curtis and Michaela; two great grandchildren: Jacob and Madison as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a precious friend, Edward “Ted” Smith in 2004; one son, baby Marcel; two sisters: Gladys and Bella and also by five brothers: Edgar, Gerald, Walter, Aurele and Henry.

By request, no visitation.

 Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901), on Thursday, April 29th 2010, at 2 pm, Pastor Matthew Porter officiating.

Interment in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton.

Donations to the Oncology Units of the Moncton or Dumont Hospitals would be appreciated.

À l’Hôpital régional Dr Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, le dimanche 25 avril 2010, à l’âge de 76 ans, est décédée, Germaine Tremblay, domiciliée à Moncton.

 Née à Moncton, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Antoine et de feu Adele (née: Bastarache) LeBlanc.

 Elle laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Germaine “Gee” de Ottawa, ON et Joanne Flanagan de Moncton; un fils, Marcel (Rosa) de Havelock; une soeur, Edith Pellerin de Trenton, ON; sa fille adoptive,Viola Gautreau de Rogersville et ses deux enfants; deux beaux fils: Alan (Susan) Crocker de Brantford, ON et Dale (Marylou) Smith de Barrie, ON; trois petits-enfants: Penny, Curtis et Michaela; deux arrière petits-enfants: Jacob et Madison ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Son amis, Edward “Ted” Smith en 2004; un fils, bébé Marcel; deux soeurs: Gladys et Bella ainsi que cinq frères: Edgar, Gerald, Walter, Aurele et Henry l’ont précédé dans la tombe.  

Aucune visite au salon.

Les funérailles auront lieu à la chapelle de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B., (857-1901), le jeudi 29 avril 2010 à 14h.

L’inhumation au cimetière Elmwood, Moncton, N.-B.

Un don aux unités d’Oncologie des l’Hôpitaux Dumont ou Moncton serait apprecié.
