Guy Pierre Gaudet, 57, of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Wednesday, June 5th, 2019 at his residence.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Alphonse and the late Dorice (née: Dupuis) Gaudet.
Guy was well known in his professional career as an industrial engineer in the food industry within the Province of New Brunswick. He enjoyed spending time and travelling with his wife and boys.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Patrice (née: Melanson) and was the proud father of Rémi P. (Janelle) and Serge A. (Gabrielle); also leaves to mourn, his brothers-in-law: Charles (Bruce), Roland (Sylvie) and Daniel (Monique); his special childhood friend, Mike; one niece, two nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901) on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 from 7 to 9 pm and also on Friday, June 14th, 2019 from 9 to 10:30 am.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, on Friday, June 14th, 2019 at 11 am.
Interment in Saint-Anselme parish cemetery, Dieppe.
Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
À sa résidence, le mercredi 5 juin 2019, à l’âge de 57 ans, est décédé Guy Pierre Gaudet. Il demeurait à Grand-Barachois au Nouveau-Brunswick.
Né à Moncton, N.-B., il était fils de feu Alphonse et de feu Dorice (née Dupuis) Gaudet.
Guy était bien connu dans sa carrière d’ingénieur industriel dans l’exploitation alimentaire au Nouveau-Brunswick. Il appréciait passer du temps et voyager en famille.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse bien-aimé, Patrice (née Melanson); ses fils: Rémi P. (Janelle) et Serge A. (Gabrielle); ses beaux-frères: Charles (Bruce), Roland (Sylvie) et Daniel (Monique); son ami d’enfance, Mike; une nièce, deux neveux, plusieurs oncles, tantes, cousins, cousines et de nombreux amis.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, (857-1901), le jeudi 13 juin de 19h à 21h ainsi que le vendredi 14 juin de 9h à 10h30.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu en l’église Saint-Anselme, Dieppe, le vendredi 14 juin 2019, à 11h.
