St-Edouard, NB – On Wednesday, March 12, 2014, Henri J. Richard, 79, passed away suddenly at his residence.
Born in Bouctouche, NB on March 14, 1934, he was the son of the late Fidèle and Anna (Desroche) Richard.
Henri will be sadly missed by his wife, Diana; his daughter, Muriel Goguen (Léo-Paul) of Lakeside; his three sons, Maurice Richard of Yellowknife, Claude Richard of St-Antoine and Henri Fidèle Junior Richard (Joanne) of Bouctouche; his brother, Alfred Richard (Nola Daigle) of Richibouctou; his four sisters, Alice Nowlan (late Aldorie), Annette Léger (Joe), both of Moncton, Florence Girouard (Paul) of Cocagne, Lina Richard of Toronto; his five grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin, Jessica, Justin, Stacy; his four great grandchildren, Brandi, Kelsie, Jake, Zacharey; and also by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Omer, Adélard, Guy, Emilien; and two sisters, Aline and Mai.
There will be no visitations at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at the Grace Church, Girouardville Rd in Bouctouche on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11 am. Pastor Troy Matchett officiating.
