In Loving Memory Of
Henri Thériault
1958 - 2022

After putting sun into our lives for 63 years, Henri left for his big trip on Saturday, February 5, 2022 surrounded by his loving partner and his three children.

His life was full with his three children and their partners: Camil (Susie Benoit), Jean-Daniel (Stéphanie Goguen), Catherine (Adam Savoy), their mother Ginette and his five grandchildren: Olivier, Maéva, Nève, Simon and Alex whom he cherished with love until his last breath.

He also leaves, with great sadness, his devoted and loving life partner, Chantal Chiasson. Despite this difficult ordeal, she was the heart of his life, his support pole and the balance of his entire struggle with the disease. Without her, Henri’s life would not have been the same. Thank you, Chantal.

Also, he is survived by his beloved mother, Gracia (Jean-Rhéal Poirier); his brothers, sisters and their partners: Céline (Mario Jean), Guy, Bertin (Thérèse Lebreton), France (Adrien Gionet) and Maryse (Philippe LeBlanc). Thank you to his sister Maryse for the unconditional love towards her brother in difficult times. His mother-in-law: Bernice, who was a great help, his sister-in-law: Camille (Martin Mazerolle) and his brother-in-law: Roch Chiasson will greatly miss him. He will watch over all his nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles and aunts. His father, father-in-law and brother-in-law, Donat, Claude Chiasson and Michel Morin surely welcomed him warmly into this new chapter.

Passionate about nature, exceptional musician, artist, outstanding dentist, husband, brother, son, uncle, father and grandfather, he loved to share joyful moments with his wife, family and friends. It is to pay tribute to him that we will keep the course of our lives by being happy and in gratitude for the moments spent with him.

Special thanks to Dr. Guylaine Chiasson, Dr. Manon Belliveau, Dr. Mélanie Légère, the Shediac Extra Mural team, and the Albert House care team.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick would be appreciated.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, proof of dual vaccination, government identification and mask will be required at the entrance to the funeral home and church.

There will be one session of visitation at Passage-Chartersville (363 Amirault Street, Dieppe), on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thereafter there will be visitation at Bulger Funeral Home (233 1ST Street, Shippagan), on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday, Feburary 11, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 3:40 p.m., followed by the celebration at St. Jerome RC Church (110 University Street, Shippagan) at 4 p.m. Due to the current sanitary measures, we will have to favor family and close friends for the celebration.

Thank you all for your support. Keep smiling as you think of him.

On va te manquer mon bon ami.

  2. Chère Chantal,

Je tiens à t’exprimer mes plus sincères condoléances. Henri est parti pour une meilleure vie, bon courage à toi!
