In Loving Memory Of
Hervé Cormier
1930 ~ 2023

Saint-Antoine, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hervé Cormier at the age of 92, on Friday, April14th, 2023 at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent.

Born in Saint-Damien, he was the son of the late Adolphe and the late Ida Cormier (LeBlanc).

Hervé will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 70 years, Marie; five sons: Normand Cormier of Westminster, MA, Yvon Cormier of Gardner, MA, Clarence (Karen) Cormier of Lunenberg, MA, John (Lorna) Cormier of Fitchburg, MA, and Charles Cormier of Royalston, MA, and; three daughters: Dianne (Albert) Trazi of Louisiana, Paulette (Bud) Hayes of Elkton, Kentucky, and Annette (Allen) Ingel of Fitchburg, MA; his grandchildren: Matt Jean, Todd (Heather) Jean, Christina (Ryan) Cooper, Keith (Britney) Cormier, Curtis (Sabrina) Cormier, Angela (Brian) Steele, Lisa (Jamil) Acree, Adam Hayes, Nicholas Cormier, and Jake Ingel; his great grandchildren: Elliot, Oliver, Joshua, Lydia, Jonah, Joseph, Laura, LuAnna, Ameerah, Malachi, Mason, Harlyn, and Hope; his sisters: Odette Cormier (late Donald) of Saint-Antoine, Anne-Marie (Aurèle) Girouard of Saint-Joseph, and Zella Robinson (late Clark) of Saint-Antoine; his brothers: Léopold (Alfreda) Cormier of Saint-Antoine, and René (Ernestine) Cormier of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers: Léonard, Arice and Ulysse; as well as two sisters: Diana and Rosée.

There will be a private visitation for the family. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 18^th, 2023 at the Saint-Antoine-l’Ermite RC Church (24 ave de l’Église, Saint-Antoine) at 4:00pm.
