Huguette Demers

Moncton, NB – It is with heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Huguette Demers, who passed away at her residence at the Faubourg du Mascaret, Pavillon Richard in Moncton at the age of 76, on Monday, November 6th, 2017.

Born in Montreal, QC, she was the daughter of the late Donat Demers and the late Célina Pageau. 

Huguette is survived by her son, Stéphane Demers (Lynne Nadeau) of Moncton; by her grandchildren, Pier-Alexandre Demers (Maxime Mallet) of Sherbrooke, QC and Vickie-Pier Demers of Moncton; she is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Besides her parents, Huguette was predeceased by her three sisters, Laurette Ratia, Jeanne Hénault and Rita McNichol; by her three brothers, Marcel McNicoll, Adélard McNicoll and Gaston Demers.

The Demers family would like to thank the staff of the Pavilion Richard for the wonderful care Huguette received. We will be forever grateful.

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road (corner West Lane), Moncton of Friday, November 10th, 2017 from 2:00pm till 3:45pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Christ-Roi RC Church, 300 Dominion Street (corner Essex Street), Moncton on Friday, November 10th, 2017 at 4:00pm.
