Moncton, NB – Huguette Johnson, wife of the late Joseph Luc Johnson, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre of Moncton on Sunday, December 5th, 2021 at the age of 90 years old.
Born in Montreal, QC, she was the daughter of the late Camille Bordage, the late Gertrude Bordage (born Piché) and the late Audrey Bordage (born Graham).
Huguette was a loving person who was always helping those in need. She was a loving care giver for many years to Luc and Marguerite Johnson, a wonderful singer and teacher. She spent most of her life in the Richibucto area where she lived with her beloved husband and was a devoted Roman Catholic.
Huguette will be dearly missed by her three daughters: Jacqueline Johnson of Halifax, Patricia Johnson (Christopher) and Anne-Marie Johnson, both of Moncton; one brother, Camille Jr. Bordage of Richibucto; two sisters: Carmen Bordage of Richibucto and Charline Welling (Stewart) of New Maryland; five grandchildren: Christine, Andréa, Chantal, Deven and Micheal; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph Luc Johnson; two brothers: Claude and Vernon and also her sister, Valdine.
In respect of Huguette’s wishes, A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
