Ida Dupuis, 100, of Moncton, formerly of Acadia Avenue, passed away on Wednesday, September 12th, 2007 at her residence.
Born in St.-Paul-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Julien and the late Herménie (née: William) Legere.
She was a past member of Les Dames de Ste.-Anne and a parishioner of St.-Louis-de-France RCC.
She is survived by three sons: Clarence of Sherbrooke, QC, Roger (Roberta) of Dieppe and Del (Carla) of Moncton; one daughter-in-law, Cecile of Dieppe; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren as well as by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edouard in 1973; one son, Norman; two sisters: Clara and Myra; three brothers: Ernest, Max and Zephir and also by one grandson, Claude.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Friday, September 14th, 2007, from 2 to 4 pm and from 7pm to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9 :30 am until time of service.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St.-Louis-de-France R.C.C., on Saturday, September 15th, 2007 at 10 :30am.
Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe NB.
