Grande-Digue, NB – Ida Léger, 59, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, November 12, 2018.
Born in Grande-Digue, NB, she was the daughter of the late Emmanuel and the late Marie (Vautour) Caissie.
Ida will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Alyre; her son, Sébastien Léger (Mélanie) of Grande-Digue; her daughter, Mélanie Léger (Jason Pilon) of Moncton; six siblings, Clovis Caissie (Anne-Marie), Francine Léger (late Edgar), Alfred Caissie (Jeannette Bourgeois), Bertin Caissie (Yvette) and Ronald Caissie, all from Grande-Digue, and Rachel Cormier (Pierre) from Cocagne; four grandchildren, Colin, Arielle, Leah and Emilie.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from
2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11 am. There will be no visitation on Friday, November 16, 2018.
