Cocagne, NB – Imelda Goguen, 91, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Born in St-Charles-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Saul and the late Delphine Gray (born Richard).
Imelda loved flowers, camping, also to travel in Florida for the winter.
Imelda will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 63 years of marriage, Néri; her son, Guy Goguen (Beverly) and her three daughters, Gisèle Goguen (Louis), Darlene Niles (Norbert) and Yvette LeBlanc (Charles) all of Cocagne; her brother, Laurie Gray (May) of Ontario; her sisters-in-law, Yvonne of Pictou, NS and Sister Juliette Goguen of Moncton; her six grandchildren, Brian, Carole, Christine, Réjean, Joline and Gilles; her six great grandchildren, Mélodie, Ariel, Lucas, Mylie, Carlie and Wesley; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by four brothers, Gérald, Léandre, Aldéric and Tilmon.
Visitation will be held at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne slumber room in Cocagne, on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm and from 5pm until time of funeral service at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne RC Church at 7pm.
