Moncton, NB – Ivan Daigle, 64, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Saturday, May 7, 2022.  

Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Evelyn Daigle (Blanchard).

Ivan was a mechanic, working at Watts Leasing in Scoudouc for many years.

Besides his mother, Ivan will be sadly missed by his loving wife : Maria Daigle (Robichaud); his children: Onil (Mathew Allen) and Renée Daigle both of Moncton; his precious granddaughter: Olivia Pringle; his siblings: Odette Hickey (Dennis) of Quispamsis, Joan Vautour (Louis) of Riverview, Kathy Daigle (Maurice), Michael (Julie) and Jeannine McAffrey all of Saint-John; his mother-in-law: Yvonne Robichaud; his sisters and brothers-in-law: Blair Crowell (late Susan), Clairelda, Rachelle and Réjean; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by his sister: Susan Crowell; his father-in-law: Delphis Robichaud and his brother in-law: Léo-Paul Robichaud.

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB (506) 855-1145, on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 2pm to 4 pm and from 6pm to 8pm and on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 9am to 10:20am. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi RC Church (300 Dominion Street, Moncton), on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology Dept.).

  13. So sorry for your loss of an amazing man. I know I didn’t spend a lot of time together but when we did he always made me laugh. He would always tell me like it is always. I will truly miss him. Love you ❤️
