Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Patricia (Gauvin) and the late Jean-Marie Jaillet. Jackie was predeceased by two sisters: Shirley and Gisèle, both of Moncton.
Prior to her retirement, Jackie was employed in the retail trade with her Tanning Salon followed by Rinzlers and Frenchys’ Used Clothings.
Jackie will be missed sadly by her sister, Murielle Hickey of Toronto; her brothers: Ray (Manon), John (Elizabeth), Roland, Kenny (Jocelyn), Paul (Linda), all of Moncton and Leonard (Phyllis) of Vancouver, BC, and many nieces and nephews, all of Moncton with special cousins in the Miramichi area in NB. Over the years, Jackie met and enjoyed many friends, especially childhood friends, Charlotte; also, Joanne, Monique, and Phyllis.
They shared much laughter together. An expression of appreciation from the family to the staff of LEFURGEY Res., of Moncton, where Jackie spent the last ten months of her life. They understood the complexities of life for all the residents.
A special thank you to the Oncology Department staff, the Palliative care staff and the Extra-Mural staff at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. The kind and professional care provided deserve our most sincere respect. They are all a Class Act !
