James «Jim» Gautreau, 50, of Notre-Dame passed away at the Dr Georges-L-Dumont UHC on Thursday March 1, 2018. Born in Kitchener, ON, he was the son of Daniel and Hermine (Vautour) Gautreau.
James was employed with Aramark at the airport in Dieppe for several years. He was a hardworking person; he would always go the extra mile, whatever the situation. He loved to travel and never missed an opportunity to explore other countries.
He will be sadly missed by his parents; Daniel and Hermine, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
No visitations at the family’s request.
The funeral Mass will be held at the Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre-Dame, on Tuesday March 6, 2018 at 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation in James memory.
A special thank you to the doctors and staff of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of the Dr Georges-L-Dumont Hospital.
