  9. I met Jean Claude briefly a handful of times and he always came across as quirky and very nice. The one extended stay was 25 years ago when he came to visit Monique and I for a week, a couple months after the birth of our son. A few days in, Monique and I became seriously ill with the flu – we were out of it for 3 days. Jean Claude stepped up, took care of us and, more importantly, looked after Liam the whole time. Without understating it, he was our savior for those few days and that’s how and what I’ll remember him for. My condolences to his family and friends.

  10. A notre beau Jean-Claude,
