Jean-Paul Richard, 62 of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, at home on Sunday October 11, 2015. He was married to Dorilla (Boudreau) Richard. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of Yvonne (Richard) Richard and the late Joffre Richard.
Jean-Paul worked at the NB Liquor Corp. Bouctouche store for over 30 years and after his retirement he became store manager at Tony’s Esso in Shediac Bridge.
He will be sadly missed by his mother Yvonne of Bouctouche, his wife Dorilla, his two children, Andrée Beck (Adam) of Bouctouche, Jacques (Martine) of Saint-Antoine, his two grandchildren; Miguel and Patrice as well as several cousins.
He was predeceased by one sister Aurélie in infancy.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday October 14, 2015 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Church, Bouctouche on Thursday October 15, 2015 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Jean-Paul’s memory donations may be made to the family.
