Jean Philibert Bicard, age 81, of Saint-Paul, and formally of France, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital, Moncton, on Friday May 4th, 2007. He was the widower of the Late Jeanne Claudia Raymonde Mommessin. Born in Thizy, France on October 12th, 1925, he was the son of the late Jean Baptiste and the late Jeanne (Née Corneloup) Bicard.
He is survived by one daughter; Renée Jacqueline Chanbonneau (Jean) of Saint-Julien de Chédon, France, two sons; Gerard (Josette) of Mably, France, Jean-Maurice of Montreal, one sister; Léontine of France, two grand children; Sandrine, and Sébastien, and several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church slumber room, Saint-Paul on Thursday May 10th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Friday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday May 11th at 11:00 am at the Saint-Paul Church. Interment will be in France.
