In Loving Memory Of
Jeanne Poirier
1939 - 2023

Jeanne (Bourgeois) Poirier, passed away at the Faubourg du Mascaret, Moncton, New Brunswick, on the 25th day of June, 2023.

Born in Dieppe, she was one of the five daughters and two sons of Joseph and Stella Bourgeois.

Besides her parents, Jeanne was predeceased by her three children: Jacqueline, Jimmy and Suzanne.

Jeanne will be deeply missed by her four sisters: Helene, Marguerite, Yvonne (Terry) and Lorraine (Raymond) and by her two brothers: Raymond (Dorice) and Michael (Bernice), as well as nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts and cousins.

Jeanne loved to sing and entertained her friends at the nursing home. Her favorite song, “You are my sunshine!” what she did not realize…she was their sunshine!

Jeanne has impacted on a wide range of people during her lifetime. She will be looking from above, over her family and friends, as well as all the wonderful people who have made her twenty-four years in a nursing home…her home away from home.

When God calls…there is no turning back the clock! Family and friends are what makes each and every one of us laugh, live, love, care and remember.

Jeanne will always be in our hearts!

There will be no visitations.

A special “Thank You” to all the staff / angels at the Faubourg du Mascaret, Landry Building. Angels appear once in a blue moon (as saying goes) …and these angels at the Faubourg did appear to Jeanne and our family.
