Jeannette Richard, 83, of Auberge du Soleil, Dieppe, and formerly of Saint-Norbert, NB, passed away on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in Adamsville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Eleonore (née: Gallant) Arsenault.
She had been a member of St-Norbert parish.
She is survived by four daughters: Thérèse (Raymond) Blanchard of Dieppe, Yvonne (Herman) Poirier and Rachel (Albert) Poirier, both of Saint-Norbert and Danielle (Daniel) Robichaud of Dieppe; three sons: Ronald (Phyllis) of Saint-Norbert, Francis (Barb Cross) of Lower Sackville, NS and Bernard (Joanne Hillier) of Dieppe; three sisters: Alma (Sam) McIntyre of McAdam, Marie (late Paul) Richard of Saint-Norbert and Louise (late Antoine) Richard of Moncton; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Willie A. in 1989; four sisters: Yvonne Gould, Ida Gallant, Evangeline Robichaud and Émelie Richard and also by four brothers: Antoine, Arthur, Raymond and Alyre.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Thursday July 10th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Friday, July 11th, 2014 at 11 am.
Interment in St-Norbert Parish Cemetery, Saint-Norbert, NB.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or to the St-Norbert parish Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.

Elle laisse dans le deuil quatre filles: Thérèse (Raymond) Blanchard de Dieppe, Yvonne (Herman) Poirier et Rachel (Albert) Poirier, toutes deux de Saint-Norbert et Danielle (Daniel) Robichaud de Dieppe; trois fils: Ronald (Phyllis) de Saint-Norbert, Francis (Barb Cross) de Lower Sackville, N.-E. et Bernard (Joanne Hillier) de Dieppe; trois soeurs: Alma (Sam) McIntyre de McAdam, Marie (feu Paul) Richard de Saint-Norbert et Louise (feu Antoine) Richard de Moncton; 13 petits-enfants; 11 arrière petits-enfants, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Son époux, Willie A. en 1989; quatre soeurs: Yvonne Gould, Ida Gallant, Evangeline Robichaud et Émelie Richard, ainsi que quatre frères: Antoine, Arthur, Raymond et Alyre, l’ont précédée dans la tombe.
Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B. (857-1901) le jeudi 10 juillet de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h SEULEMENT.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Anselme, Dieppe, N.-B., le vendredi 11 juillet, 2014, à 11h.
L’inhumation se fera au Cimetière paroissial Saint-Norbert à St-Norbert, N.-B.
Un don à la Fondation canadienne du cancer du sein, à la Société canadienne de la sclérose en plaques ou au cimetière de St-Norbert serait apprécié par la famille.
