Cocagne, NB – Joseph Danny Allain, 72, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

Born in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Aurèle and the late Lydia Allain (born Lecouteur).

Joseph was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Joseph will be missed by his wife, Berthe Allain (born Cormier); his children, Bobbijo Rambo (William) of Maryland, Melissa Allain, Mark Allain both of Massachusetts, Daniel Allain (Cathy) of Bouctouche and Randy Allain of Cocagne; his siblings, Doris Kenny (Ed) of ON, Bernard (Marguerite) of Bouctouche, Gerald (Emilia) of Waltham, Mass, Léo-Paul of Bouctouche, Jeannette Maillet of Ste-Anne-de-Kent and Imelda Allain (late Henry Vautour) of Bouctouche; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Alexis, Shelbi, Kimberlee, Alex, Ben, Joseph and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Tatiana, Kailani, Weston and Emerson; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Kathleen (born Grundy); one brother, Laurie.

As per Joseph’s wishes, there will be no visitation and funeral service. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Bouctouche where he will rest in peace with his parents.
