Kenneth “Ken” Dean Bouvette
1957 ~ 2022

Dieppe, NB – Kenneth Dean Bouvette, 65, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, November 28, 2022, after a short battle with cancer.

Born in New Westminster, BC, he was the son of the late Ken Bouvette and the late Yvonne Blakely.

Ken enjoyed playing pool and was a very good player. He was part of a winter league. He also liked playing slotomania. Ken made a lot of good friends working at Irving Tissue in Dieppe for the 12 years as a temp with Protrans.

Ken will be sadly missed by his common-law wife: Aurella; his children: Nick Bouvette, Sasha Smode both of BC, Amanda Gorrell and Christine Brich both of North Dakota, USA; his stepson: Samuel Cormier (JJ) of Trenton, ON and his stepdaughter, Solange Cormier (Jon) Gatineau, QC; his sister: Cindy Montroy; his half-brother: Mike Blakely and his half-sister: Lori Blakely all of BC; his parents-in-law: Camilla Melanson and Leonard Goguen; his brother-in-law: Ray Melanson (Joyce); his sisters-in-law: Magella Louis, Janice Doiron (Kenneth), Monique Duguay (Norbert) and Carole Saulnier (Danny); his grandchildren: Taylor, Madison, Bailey, Isabella, Ryder, Paris, Cheyenne, Nathan and Bree; his step grandchildren: Ireland, Aubrey, Leighton, Drake and Knox; his 2 fur babies: Scoobie and Wally; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother: Robert; two grandchildren: Dante and Gabe; his step grandson: Abel and his sister-in-law: Jacinthe.

As per Ken’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.

  4. My deepest condolences to you Aurella, Solange, and family. I feel fortunate to have been able to recently spend some time and chat with Ken before he passed… he was such a nice man. No doubt he will be greatly missed. Ken, I hope there’s a pool table and a slot machine wherever you are, while you watch over your loved ones.

  12. Ken made my time at Irving Tissue fun. He was always a pleasure to talk too and joke around with. I caught up with him a few times after I left to pursue a new career and it was fun getting caught up with him. The last time I seen him he was interested in my son in particular and we talked a lot about him.

    Ken was a friend and he will be missed. My condolences to the family.
