Dieppe – Léo-Paul Robichaud, 59, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, August 8th, 2011, after a battle with cancer.
Born in Richibouctou on January 7, 1952, he was the son of Delphis and Yvonne (Arsenault) Robichaud.
Léo-Paul will be sadly missed by his wife, Brenda, his two sons, Jean-Guy Robichaud (Tammy) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent, Marc Robichaud of Sackville; his daughters, Cynthia Robichaud of London, ON; his brother Réjean Robichaud (Linda) of Bouctouche; his three sisters, Maria Daigle (Ivan) of Lakeville, Clairelda Martin, Rachelle Boudreau (Uriah) both of Moncton; his seven grandchildren, Melanie, Nicole, Christine, Stéphanie, Émilie, Justin, Jonathan; also several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Moncton (625 Mountain Rd) on Wednesday, August 10th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday, August 11th from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral service will be held at the Cathedral Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption RC Church on Thursday, August 11th at 11 am.
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Oncology Dept., Tree of Hope or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
