Cocagne, NB – It is with heavy heart that I announce the passing on my wife, Linda Poirier Zammit at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
Born in Rogersville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hilaire and the late Lilianne Poirier (Richard).
Linda is loved and will be sadly missed by her husband of 51 years: Guy Zammit; her siblings: Rick (Vangie) and their children: Tashyana, Alethia and Jason; Bob (Eve) and their children: Abby, Josh and Alex; Violette (late Bob) and their children: Kim, Tammy and Stacy; also by her in-laws on Guy’s side of the family.
Linda touched all who knew her with her quiet kindness, humour and unwavering dedication to her family, her loved ones, and her pets: chico and cookie. She was a multi talented artist with a passion for quilting and sewing.
As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
