Grande Digue – Lorenzo Bourque, 84, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, January 13, 2013 after a brief illness.
Born in Grande-Digue, NB on June 4, 1928, he was the son of the late Fred and Anna (Hébert) Bourque.
Besides his wife, Thérèse LeBlanc of Grande-Digue, Lorenzo is survived by his two brothers, Alcide Bourque (Élizabeth) and Adrien Bourque, both of Grande-Digue; his three sisters, Jeannine Gallant (late Réginald), Doris Landry and Simonne LeBlanc (late Freddie) all of Grande-Digue; his sister-in-law, Phyllis Thibodeau of Shediac; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Thursday, January 17 from 9 until time of the funeral. Funeral service will be held at the Passage Chapel in Shediac Bridge on Thursday, January 17 at 11 am.
