Lorraine LeBlanc, 89, of Moncton and formerly of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton on Wednesday June 3, 2020. She was married to the late Louis-Hervé LeBlanc (1975). Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and the late Aurore (Girouard) Cormier.
She will be sadly missed by her two children; Louise Tingley (Oscar) of Moncton and Claude (Monik) of Pointe-du-Chêne as well as her two grandchildren; Remi and Isabelle. She also leaves to mourn two sisters; Bernice Despres (Maurice) of Moncton, Rita Ferrier (late George) of Bellingham, MA, one sister-in-law Gloria Cormier of Moncton and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by three brothers; Aurele, Eric and Omer.
A private funeral service was held at Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche on Monday June 8, 2020 in accordance with the public health directives. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff at l’Auberge du Soleil, Dieppe and Residences Moncton for the compassionate and loving care given to our mother.
