Shediac, NB (formerly of Grande-Digue)
– Lorraine Léger, 91, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre on Wednesday, February 17th, 2021.

Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edmond Goguen and the late Rose Goguen born Melanson.

Lorraine is survived and also sadly missed by her husband, Léandre Léger of Shediac; her son, Rosario Léger of Shediac; her three brothers, Armand Goguen (Simonne Léger) of Moncton, Lévis Goguen (Andréa Bourque) of Cocagne and Adelyre Goguen (Janice Robichaud) of Moncton; three sisters, Germaine LeBlanc (Donald) of Shediac, Léa Poirier (late Rodolphe) of Moncton and Eva MacSween (Bart) of Fredericton; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Lorraine was predeceased by her brother, Donald Goguen, and her sister, Stella Melanson.

Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Monday, February 22, 2021 from noon until time of the funeral service at the Chapel at 2:00 pm, not exceeding 25 persons at a time. The funeral service will be broadcast online at:
