It is with deep sadness that the family of Lourise Leblanc announces her passing at her new home, Villa du Repos, on November 23, 2025, at the age of 87.
Born on October 23, 1938, Lourise was the beloved daughter of the late Edgar and Beatrice (Cormier) Leblanc. Throughout her life, she was known for her gentle nature, quiet strength, and the love she held for her family.She will be missed profoundly by her children Lawrence, David, and Lisa (Roy) Sheppard, who will forever cherish her kindness, wisdom, and warmth. Lourise is predeceased by her husbands, Eric Roy and Alias Leblanc, whose memories remained close to her heart.
Lourise is survived by sons Lawrence Roy (Lauta), David Roy (Richard Arsenault), daughter Lisa Roy Sheppard (Laura Bass) grandsons Jason (Patrick), Kevin (Josette), and two granddaughters, Kloe Roy, Kaylee Roy and many nieces and nephews
Visitation will take place at St. Paul de Kent Church on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. A reception will be held after the church service, offering an opportunity for family and friends to come together and share memories of Lourise.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who came to offer their support and say their goodbyes.
In memory of Lourise, a donation to a charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated.
