Lucienne Arsenault, age 63, of Rogersville, passed away on Monday April 16th, 2007 at the Dr Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Roméo Arsenault of Rogersville. Born in Rogersville on July 24th, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Georgina (Née Caissie) Richard.
Lucienne is survived by her husband Roméo, her children; Nathalie Martin (Rémi) of Rogersville, Stephane Hachey (Isabelle) of Rogersville, her step-daughter Rachel Arsenault (Joel Bourque) of Collette, three sisters; Rita Daigle (Gerard Gallant) of Rogersville, Angeline Maillet (Aurèle) of Assomption, Qué., Janita Maillet (Yvon) of Bouctouche, three brothers; Gerald (Antoinette), Georges (Yvonne) Eugène (Thérèse), all of Rogersville, six grand children; Erik, Shawn, Serge, Nadia, Justin, Karina and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her first husband Eric Hachey (1975), and one brother Mederic (1974).
Lucienne worked for several years as a care giver to special need children.
Visitation will be held at the Saint-Francois de Sale Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Wednesday April 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday April 19th, at the Saint-Francois de Sale Church, Rogersville at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Lucienne’s memory, donations can be made to the Dr Georges L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation.
