MADELEINE MAILLET

Madeleine Maillet, 94, of Foyer St.-Thomas, Memramcook and formerly of Lakeburn, passed away on Thursday, June 19th 2008 at her residence.

Born in St.-Maurice, NB, she was the daughter of the late Firmin and the late Elise (née: Cormier) Maillet.

Mrs. Maillet was a former member of the C.W.L. and a parishioner of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters: Rose-Marie Gallant (Don Logan) of Moncton and Linda Dewitt of Dieppe; three sons: Leo-Paul (Marguerite) of Memramcook, Roger and Jean-Guy, both of Dieppe; two sisters: Lea Cormier of Moncton and Rita Richard of Rogersville; two brothers: Oscar (Ida) Maillet, of Avon, Conn. and Yvon (Eva) Maillet of West Palm Beach, FL; three grandchildren: Raymond, Lisa and Adam as well as by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Hilaire (1989); three sons: Raymond, Gérard and Normand; four brothers: Martin, Leandre, Tilmon and Alcide and also by one granddaughter, Bernice.

Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Sunday, June 22nd, from 7pm to 9 pm and also on Monday from 10 am until time of departure.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, June 23rd 2008 at 11 am.

Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe NB.

Donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.

À sa résidence, le jeudi 19 juin, 2008, à l’âge de 94 ans, est décédée Madeleine Maillet, domiciliée au Foyer St.-Thomas, Memramcook, autrefois de Lakeburn, N.-B.

Née à St.-Maurice, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Firmin et de feu Elise (née: Cormier) Maillet.
Mme Maillet était autrefois membre des C.W.L. et de la paroisse Notre-Dame-de-Lorette.
Elle laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Rose-Marie Gallant (Don Logan) de Moncton et Linda Dewitt de Dieppe; trois fils: Léo-Paul (Marguerite) de Memramcook, Roger et Jean-Guy, tous deux de Dieppe; deux soeurs: Léa Cormier de Moncton et Rita Richard de Rogersville; deux frères: Oscar (Ida) Maillet de Avon, Conn. et Yvon (Eva) Maillet de West Palm Beach, FL; trois petits-enfants: Raymond, Lisa et Adam ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Son époux, Hilaire (1989); trois fils: Raymond, Gérard et Normand; quatre frères: Martin, Leandre, Tilmon et Alcide ainsi qu’une petite-fille, Bernice l’ont précédée dans la tombe.

Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) le dimanche 22 juin, 2008 de 19h à 21h et le lundi de 10h jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, le lundi 23 juin, 2008 à 11h.

L’inhumation au cimetière Notre-Dame du Calvaire, Dieppe, N.-B.
