Grande-Digue – Magella Bourque, 46, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, February 11, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Moncton on May 15, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Yvon Bourque and Marie (LeBlanc) Bourque.
Besides her mother, Marie of Grande-Digue, she will be sadly missed by her two brothers, Rhéal (Linda) of Moncton, Claude (Rita) of Grande-Digue; her six sisters, Berthe Albert (Elphège) of St-Antoine, Rose-Mai Dallaire (Johnny) of St-Lazare, Suzanne Boucher (Alonzo) of St-Paul, Jeannette Cormier (Ivan), Jeanne-Mance Bourque (Léo-Paul) and Gloria Bourque (Vincent) all of Grande-Digue; her special friend, Maurice Dupuis; also several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Clarence and Gérald.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Tuesday, February 14 from 1:30 to 4 pm and 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at the La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Tuesday, February 14 at 7 pm.
