Marguerite Gauvin

Marguerite Gauvin, 81, of Villa Providence, Shediac, and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Saturday, May 14th, 2005 at her residence. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Sylvain and the late Elmire (née:LeBlanc) LeBlanc.

Mrs. Gauvin was a parishioner of St.-Anselme Church.

She is survived by her husband , Omer of Dieppe; one daughter, Lauda Gauvin (Guy LeVasseur of Blainville, QC; two sons: Bernard (Nora Robichaud) of Montreal and Serge (Donna DeVarenne) of Dieppe; four sisters: Phyllis (Eric) Landry, Juliette LeBlanc and Bernice Landry all of Shediac and Doris (late Lavern) Miller of Kitchener, ON; one brother, Bertin (Rita) LeBlanc of Shediac; six grandchildren: Nadia, Anik, Philippe, Camille, Anik and Nicolas as well as by several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Gauvin was predeceased by a sister Aurore and also by three brothers: Norman, Alfred and Clarence.

Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Monday, May 16th, from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 9 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St.-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Tuesday, May 17th, 2005 at 10 am. Interment in St.-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
