Marie Goguen, 95, of Foyer Côte D’Or, Cocagne passed away after a brief illness at the Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Saturday February 24th, 2007.
Born in Cocagne on December 7th, 1911, she was the daughter of the Late Philippe and the late Préscille (Née Daigle) Goguen.
Marie was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by three sisters; Mélina, Léonie, Lucie, and three brothers; Léo, Edmond and Hector.
Visitation will be held at the Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic church slumber room, Cocagne on Monday February 26th, 2007 from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be at the Saint-Pierre Church, Cocagne on Monday February 26th, 2007 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Marie’s memory donations to the Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital would be appreciated.
