  9. I knew Mario when I was a youth at 15 and years later reconnected with him as an adult in my early 30s. He welcomed me warmly again and became a great friend, on top of a cherished youth memory. He gave me a job, he gave me advice and he gave me support. I am devastated by this loss and can only imagine what his family and friends are going through. My heart is with you and I will always cherish my memories of Mario.

  10. Oh dear Mario, I was just thinking about you the other day missing the roar of your motorcycle in my driveway. I’ll miss you terribly my dear friend. I’ll always cherish the moment I met you at La Teraz, the moments we spent together 3 years ago in Merida, and our long conversations during your visits to Moncton.
You were so happy telling me that you got your little dog Raku not too long ago.
You are a gentle and kind soul. Rest in Peace my dear friend. With all my ❤️
